Return policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the item needs to be sent back to one of our official warehouses with a valid tracking number. We ask that the product is returned:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused
- In its original packaging
- With proof of purchase included
If a package is sent to an intermediary or temporary shipping location, we unfortunately can’t process it for a refund. Only items delivered directly to one of our warehouses are eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping fees are covered by the customer.
The original shipping costs from your order are not refundable.
We kindly ask not to order multiple sizes or variations just to return the ones that don’t fit. If you need sizing advice, we’re always happy to assist via support@nordyard.com.
Start a return
To get started, simply send us an email at support@nordyard.com. If your return or replacement request is approved, we’ll share the correct warehouse address and guide you through the next steps.
Items that are sent back without contacting us first can’t be accepted.
Does your product not fit right? No worries! In many cases, we can offer a free replacement, which is often quicker and more cost-efficient than returning the item. Just let us know and we’ll think along with you.

Order cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour after being placed. After this timeframe, the order is already registered in our system and with our shipping carrier, and can no longer be canceled.
Damages and issues
When your package arrives, we recommend checking it as soon as you can. If something doesn’t look right (damage, defect, or a wrong item), send us a message right away. We’ll take a close look and help you with a fitting solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some products cannot be returned. This includes items that have limited shelf life (such as fresh or temperature-sensitive goods), custom-made or personalized orders, personal care products, or materials that fall under shipping safety restrictions (such as flammable or pressurized goods).
Exchanges
To receive a different product or size, you must first request a return so our warehouse team can inspect the item. Once approved, you are free to place a new order for your preferred item.
Refunds
Once your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll inspect it and keep you updated by email. If your refund is approved, it will be sent back to your original payment method.
Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but we’ll always do our part as quickly as possible.
Orders that received a replacement or exchange approval are no longer eligible for a refund.
